The FHN boys soccer had games on Tuesdays and Thursdays and practices on throughout the week. The team ended the season with win loss, and made it all the way to districts before their loss at states.

Carter Clark, goalie, is clear about the reason for his team’s success.  “Strong bond as teammates are a major part of our success.”

Carter also said that soccer has impacted his life greatly from the new relationships he’s made to the organization skills that come from juggling a sport and school.  “Soccer has made me more determined to make goals and pushes me to stay organized.”

Carter has said the main thing their team needs to work on is staying focused in the games.

After winning most games including districts with only one close loss in states against Grand Rapids Christian, the final score 2 to 1. The boys hard work and close bond off the field were factors in the team’s success this season.
